I like this because I don’t have to use water and it takes the place somewhat of heated stones. You will have to practice with them in order to get a good grip on the sticks because they are different from the stones. I love the fact of the bag warming up to keep the stick warm.

Excellent heated massage set
The case features double-sided heating, which can quickly heat the bamboo sticks evenly. I followed the instructions setting the temperature to 160°F for preheating (Time:10-15 minutes) then adjust to the desired massage temperature. The unit will auto shut-off after 3 hours of continuous use. The bamboo sticks provide awesome massage without hand cramping! So great 😀

If you are into massage or have your own massage business, you will really like this product. The ability to keep the sticks heated in a convenient way while on the go is amazing! The temps are really nice and give you a professional quality experience. The rods are sanded smooth and have a good diameter for rolling over areas that need attention.
