Love these modern Kens!
I bought this Ken for my daughter's 8th birthday. I love his style, and that he looks more modern. I also like his hair style and the color. We have many brunette Men in the family, and I love how diverse the new Barbies and Kens are in general. He was made well, and fit in great with her Barbies. These newer Ken's clothes are different sizes than the older versions, which is kind of a bummer when shopping for clothes or switching outfits. Not a dealbreaker for us, because most of my daughter's Barbies are newer, and she doesn't have many other Kens, but thought I'd let you know.I am upset that it came in a smashed box. That did not help with presentation, and it was a gift. Luckily all of her other sets came in great condition and helped hide it, and since it was our child, we could explain the situation. I did not have time to replace, and would have sent it back very frustrated if it had been for someone else. I did not take this into consideration when rating this, because the doll itself is great.

New Kens Are Amazing!
I love collecting Barbies and had no intention of collecting Kens until this guy came in. He looks so different from the Ken of my childhood, and he had the new slim body. He immediately befriended my curvy made-to-move Barbie, sweeping her off her feet. He's a pretty cool character.

Not sure why but our 3 year old grandson loves these dolls! Great quality and excellent price!

Ken almost died.
Ken is great. But his package? Not so much. He was with leggings and a hardback book. I think the book took him out. Packaging material fail.

His head is a bit squishy unlike the real Barbie doll
My 2.5 year old son was so happy to get this “Boy Barbie” and now he can play with his older sister in her Barbie house! We went to a local store to get him one but no luck, so happy that it was available on Amazon and it arrived very quickly.

His hair wasn't fully painted.
The doll came in a padded envelope. I'm not crazy about that, boxes tend to come crushed or dented. His hair wasn't fully painted and for the price it should've....
