This is an absolute time lifesaver and it's so pretty. I had an event and I used it on a pie that I made and it looked so professional that someone asked where I bought it.

This lattice roller is amazing. Forget trying to weave a lattice out of individual pastry strands, simply roll out your dough, dust in flour and roll with the roller. I found I needed to practice a bit to get the pressure right and to make sure the surfaces were well floured to prevent the dough from sticking to the roller. Lastly you need to separate out the lattice and make it even and then place over your pie. I used greaseproof paper instead of a rolling pin for this and it worked ok but I could have been a bit neater. Overall it looks great and I hid the seem with a plait around the edge. The roller itself has a solid wood handle and stainless steel cutting disks so should last. 5 stars!

Really great at making lattice. I buy ready rolled pastry and then just run this over it before I pull it slightly and I have perfect lattice pastryReally good value

I do love a lattice topping on a cherry pie but trying to do it by hand is near impossible for me. Now by just rolling this over the pastry the job is done in one easy movement and the pastry can then stretch across the top of the pie with all the lovely air holes perfectly separated and pretty looking too.It reminds me of the tools my daughter used to have with her playdough sets and just as easy to use.
