It's a spare/replacement part.!
I don't know how one is supposed to review a replacement/spare part on a bread maker but it works fine.Because the joint is tighter it doesn't always disappear into the loaf and sometimes stays attached to the bin.

This paddle works much better than the previous one - it has retained it's non stick coating, and is easier to remove - but not perfect ! My breadmaker is over 20 years old and still works well with only the paddle needing replaced occasionally. Worth getting a genuine Morphy Richards part. Would recommend this one.

Necessary evil
Very awkward to remove from baked loaf. All small parts are washed then sieved together before storage for next time. It has become a counting exercise. Sometimes very awkward to remove blade and leaves quite a hole in the bottom of the loaf. This a replacement , still haven’t found the original!
