These heel protectors work well. My feet and heels hurt badly, had gashes in them all tore up. Only thing I recommend is also purchasing the toe protectors else your feet will still hurt a little. Great product recommend

I always walked around barefoot until Achilles Tendinitis ....... so if you want to walk around with no shoes and just socks, this is the padding you will need. Sometimes I even wear them in my shoes, if the strap does not show. Good Luck!

This is a one size fits all sort of thing. We bought them for my son who’s malformed feet from birth causes his heels to be the main contact point with the ground or when resting on his wheelchair leg rests.They certainly protect the heel, and socks generally slip over them well. The point of contention is the common Velcro straps which if not fastened and aligned perfectly, causes their edges to rub against the skin.You can find Velcro that is on a soft backing and that would be a much better selection if you’re manufacturing this product.Why in the world they chose to use a sharp edged rather rigid Velcro I’ll never know. Three stars for the product just based on the Velcro strap alone.Also, because it is one size fits all the product is either stretched across the top of the foot which causes undo pressure, or it will be rather loose with a smaller foot.My suggestion is buy it one time and see if it fits and see if you can deal with the sharp edged Velcro strap. Then go from there.

Received the Welnove heel sock today. I have struggled with dry skin on heels FOREVER! This is related to vitamin b6 deficiency which is a genetic condition associated with the MTHFR gene mutation and folate deficiency. Vitamin B6 deficiency causes very dry skin that cracks and bleeds. Hydrating with lots of water is a plus. I have seen many Dermatologist and tried assortments of salves/creams and found my own solution. File heals first with a "SHAPPY FILE" sold here on Amazon prior to putting utter balm on heels. The file is curved to fit the heel. Its one of the best files I have found so far. I then use "BAG BALM" (ointment) in the metal tin sold on Amazon. Bag balm is used for cow's utters to keep them soft. It's super thick ointment similar to Vaseline but has "antiseptic" properties in it and will heal those cracks overnight so you can start walking again with comfort. It was a toss up with the silicone heal protectors vs the WELNOVE neoprene padded heal cushions which are washable. I plan on buying a 2nd set of the Welnove padded heel protectors so I can have an extra set. Very pleased with purchase, we'll made and have velcro to take on/off easily. Looking forward to smooth heels!

It's soft and comfortable to wear. I can put it in the washer. Definitely will buy again.

These fit well, but I needed a bit more cushion for my heel pain.

Were comfy and worked good for my metatasalgia but after an hour one of them started rubbing inbetween toes, had to return unfortunately
