Q: Can the mirrors be easily removed from the frames so the frames can be painted?

I would say no. It’s likely the frame would break if you tried. I would also suggest finding different and better backing to use on them so that they stick where you want them to be. Mine lasted about 3 days before they were falling off the walls over and over, and no longer stay up at all.
