Havnt rode the bike yet but the assembly is terrible.

So the bike is for my 13-year-old son who has a habit of breaking things. So when it came with a few scratches (pictures above) I was like "that's okay, He's going to break it anyways right." But there's a lot that was wrong about this bike from the beginning. It was previously used, it had a bolt on it from the previous owner and it looked as if they just put a new tire in the box and sent it back out. It was almost impossible to fold and he broke the bottle holder the first time trying, as well as the locking mechanism. It doesn't come with any decent assembly instructions. I had to watch a video to put it together and then the video didn't match half of the things that I had to do to it. It looks like it could be a really good bike. Apparently I didn't tighten the handlebars down enough, so the handlebars came loose while he was riding it the first time. The gears do not change properly, and needs to be tightened and adjusted. I'm pretty sure they are backwards or something. Half of the gears don't work. You basically have to rebuild the bike to use it. I'm just saying if you get this bike and it's brand new and assembled correctly, it's going to be a great bike. Or if you can put it together properly and you're strong enough to maneuver it. Otherwise you might be better off with a different model. I won't be returning it because more damage is done to it now after he tried to ride it and it fell apart and needed more adjustments. Hopefully I'll be able to repair it so that he can still use it as a Christmas present. If would be nice if the company would offer done sort of discount for the lack of quality and all the effort needed to make it worthwhile

I am very satisfied with the product. The purchase arrived on time and it was very easy to assemble the bike. It took me 1 hour and 45 minutes.

This item looks very nice in the picture, in reality, it is completely different. Different color, wheels are not as shown in picture. When returning, I paid the same as the cost of the item, I guess they do that so that you keep it no matter what. I returned anyway. Careful, do not buy just because what you see in the pictures. It is very very heavy.

Great overall bike good value

Do not buy this bike . Very cheap quality, the bike is garbage. Nothing works on this bike . And when you reach out to the seller they will not respond back to know . Cuz they know how bad their products are . And when you are trying to return this back it cost more than what you paid . I can’t even ride this bike because it’s so unstable and unsafe. Please do yourself a favor and spent a litte more money and buy a different bike , don’t make the same mistake I made .

Very recommend very good

This bike came with the gears on backwards, and my husband had to fix and adjust the brakes too. My son took 1 bike ride, and the handlebars came loose then the peddle fell off. My husband fixed it, and now the second time he used it the chain keeps popping off. Not worth it!!!
