The best way I can tell others that this company took care of my issue is by showing you the emails that took place between us. They asked me to share my experience on Amazon.My diffuser didn't stay on for long. I kept it because it is beautiful and goes so well with my decor. I decided to email them about the issue and they sent a new unit that works well. Also to note, the power plug on the new unit is now on the side, not on the bottom which is helpful. It was difficult to plug it in, on the bottom, when it was full of water.Follow the instructions to not overfill and not get water in air outlet channel(this information follows in the email thread). If it doesn't work properly, email the company. They had the new unit to me within a week. I have the grey swirled glass model.I ran the new unit and actually timed it, and it was on for 3 hours yesterday. Thanks for your efforts. 1) Is the water adequate and under the max line? 2) Has the water flowed into the air outlet and destroyed the base? If so, keep the base dry for hours.（ Do not move or tilt the essential oil diffuser during the operation.） 3) Use the cotton swab to scrub the mid-hole(mist disc) of the reservoir. 4) Unplug the diffuser and plug it back in or turn it off and on a few times. If the unit still can not work properly after you tried out above options, we’d like to send you a new replacement. It never stayed on for any length of time, but I love the look of it, so I kept it. It seems to stay on for 15-20 minutes, tops. I absolutely fell in love with this product!! The colors are beautiful, especially in the dark. I even told my mom to come over to see it and bought her the same one for her birthday.. unfortunately my 5 year old was also in love with the lights as much as I was and was trying to change the colors andddd it fell over and broke on day 2..! Totally not anybodys fault except mine l,just be cautious if you have crazy kids like mine.. I cried when it broke,and still use it without the case,that's how much I love it... perfect for Christmas or birthday present!!!

Purchased both the silver and the gray swirl. Working perfectly. My only complaint is that it goes continuous for 3 hours tops. There's no intermittent setting. But quiet and does the job. The silver is pretty fun when you have the lights on. Really like it. Especially since we were not sure how it would truly look.Happy to have it working!

Very easy to use, and well worth the money

I love it, It is so beautiful. A little smaller than another kind I Bought but I changes colors . I love it and it is a gift to my daughter-in-law. but I took it out of the bo and put it on to make sure it works. wonderful gift idea I think

It's fantastic

I has been looking for a diffuser that would look nice in my room and I finally found one. This diffuser is amazing. It fits in my nice table and acts as dim lighting for the room. It’s fits the perfect amount of water and let’s put a generous amount. Perfect aroma diffuser.

Works great, sturdy and pretty

Looks very nice and diffuses very well.Only thing is it's a little noisier than other diffusers I have. Possibly may annoy in a bedroom, but works well and is well made.

Love this diffuser, the shape & gently changing colours & gently rising vapour . Works well with my essences & sturdy as glass is thickish.

Arrived today, (12 July), and was unwrapped and assembled immediately. Easy to put together, easy to operate and, thus far, has not disappointed. It came in a lovely box and was well protected although the plastic bag covering the glass diffuser made it quite slippery and I nearly dropped it. Butter fingers. Anyway, the colour changer works fine and I've only had it on the 30 minute timer so far and that has worked fine as well. No complaints so we'll keep our fingers crossed that it stays that way!

I've purchased a few of these, can't fault them, love the light feature so relaxing
