This product is awesome. The Buddha is soft and squishy. The size is small, but provides ample light. There are several great settings for different light patterns to aid breathing techniques. Great design and value for the money. I use mine every night!! Battery lasts for week on one charge.

Bought it first my wife ti help with anxiety. Helps her slow down and focus on her breathing. Very soft silicone and wonderful colors

This product is fantastic. I work with special needs kids with emotional dysregulation and mindfulness and we use breathing to calm down when we get activated. Videos exist but the kids tend to get off track with the video and I thought the sloth would be a visual cue but not one that would distract. They LOVE the sloth. They watch his color change and know to inhale/exhale. It is soft, pleasantly lit (color) and works fantastic with multiple settings. This is a game changer for my class. Thank you. I might need to get one for me for my home practice. :)

I run a regulation room, in my local school. The students really love the breathing Buddha and it gives the kids a nice visual to guide them through different breathing techniques. I think many school, calming rooms or regulation rooms or Zen rooms. Whatever you want to call these tranquil rooms could really benefit from. Having a breathing Buddha in them. Now that I’ve had it for a week or two and have shown students how to use it. It has become a great de-escalating tool.

I feel like I would be completely satisfied with my purchase if I had not upgraded to the one with sound features. The sounds for this are pretty awful. They sound artificial and noisy.But on the other hand, I love the lights. The colors are beautiful and blend well together and I adore the night light feature! There are a couple of different breathing patterns, which is neat.It's super soft, smooth and smooshy! It comes with a charger. It's pretty small so I can imagine it'd be easy to travel with. It's cute so you don't have to worry about hiding it when it's not in use.Overall, a good value for my money if like I said, I didn't get the one with sound. Just stick with the regular one and you'll be ok.

I love the this sloth it has helped me so much. I severely injured my index finger & middle finger on my right hand back in October 2024 & I have been experiencing a lot of pain & trouble with those two fingers. I have physical therapy & I have exercises & things I have to do at home but the pain has been really bad. I was looking for things to help with my therapy at home when I saw this sloth & I thought maybe it could help so I decided to get it & when it arrived I tried it out especially when doing my exercises for my fingers & I was so amazed how when I am watching the sloth & doing mindful breathing it helps me through not only my exercises for my fingers but also the pain in my I have in my fingers when it’s really bad by keeping me focused on the changing colors for mindful breathing & not on the pain in my fingers. This is an amazing product & I am so thankful I purchased one. Thank you for coming up with the idea of this sloth it’s great

The media could not be loaded. I had recently ordered another product made by this company. It's a cloud with rainfall effects. Talk about calming! I loved it so much that I had to check out this company's full product line. That led me to my new Buddha buddy. He's as adorable as he effective at helping me to re-center myself, breathe deeply and stress less. He's really easy to use as well. You just follow the beautiful colors, and you're good. You decide how long you want to practice. Not only does he fit on my desk, but he makes it look good! Also, he's some sort of silicon or rubber, so that means he'll be easy to clean. I could not love this guy more. I might be biased though because I collect Buddhas (of the fat variety) and I even have a tramp stamp tattoo of a Buddha sitting on an open Lotus Flower while making a peace sign. There's just something about a jolly, spiritual guy that makes me happy. Don't you want a Breathing Buddha in your life too?!

order for my daughter who is having some anxiety. It worked so wonderful that one of her friends at college asked me to order her one too as well. I definitely think these help calm them and help with breathing techniques. I definitely recommend.
