Really versatile! Super value too
I am actually terrifically happy with this item. I am a wedding officiant as well as a DJ. One of the greatest challenges we have is when somebody uses our microphone in a stand for toast or words or similar, they may be too tall or too short for placement. Most are not swift enough to deal with readjusting the microphone. This thing with its gooseneck is the perfect solution. It also packs up very small. Comes with a great little mic clip as well that is completely adjustable. Great value. Going forward this will be the only mic stand I use.

Good value for many purposes
Really good choice for secondary uses. Lots of height options, works well with cameras, lighting fixtures, and the like. Comes with flexible mic extensions too.

better than expected!
I expected these mic stands would be pretty crappy, but they are quite sturdy, don't have any issues holding/balancing heavy shure 58 mics, and the koolest thing is they break down and fit in the small carrying bag they came with! I'm quite pleased!
