Works as intended, looks even better than expected

The media could not be loaded.  I had them sign, turned on for about five minutes and it turned off. Will not turn back on talk to Amazon. They are refunding my money which is a Plus. Also, the sign is very cheaply made it looks like they put it together in about two minutes and the letters themselves are falling off the sign. I would suggest you not to buy the sign does not look nothing like the picture. Thank you For wasting my time.

I purchased the open walk-in welcome sign almost a year ago and started having issues recently. I messaged the seller and got a quick and helpful response that helped fix the problem. This sign is fairly small which is ok, but unless it is fully dark you will not see it lit up. The leds are not bright at all.

At first it had a strong bright glow but after a month at most it quit working.

Just got this, as a Christmas gift and I love it. When I was a kid I had a neon sign that plugged into a base and eventually broke. This is set into the plastic and much more durable. That is it lit in the daytime in the shade and at night it pops even better. Great product.

Light is nice but not described or shown in the picture. It is built on white color plastic material instead of transparent plastic, like it shows in pictures.
