not sure but both grandkids have used for years

I think it's meant for toddlers and young pre-school children. If I recall the recommended head circumference is 48 to low 50s. Instead of age, I would check your child's head circumference and make sure that it is within the range in the details of the product.

They are certified by these safety standards.

Q: Is this the toddler size for head circumference of 48-52 centimeters?

I am not sure about the exact measurement but this is the helmet I purchased for my 2 year old granddaughter and it fits well. I believe there are specifications in the description.
