This jacket is suitable for hiking, hunting, and camping. However, if you are on the shore or only going waist heigh fishing yes. IF you are like me as a commercial fisherman, and keeping this under your work gear (Grunden, Dutch Harbor, HH, etc) yes, it’s suitable for that.

Q: I wonder if this tactical jacket is suitable as a gift ? Since Valentine's Day is on the way and my boyfriend likes going huning

Why not , i got this from my girlfriend i can only say it is a right gift , i am so glad for having this jacket and i think your hunsband will be too!

Neither, the internal pockets are deep, but there is no zippers or Velcro to secure the pockets closed.
