Q: Mine came in but I’m missing the poles, can you send them separated or a need to buy them somewhere else?

Seems to be a common issue, call or chat with an Amazon rep directly.

Q: Does anyone know how to get the poles in? The ends are all stitched up and not open so I can put them in.

I had to use a razor blade to remove the stitching from the ends of several of the fabric tubes in order to insert the poles. Reading comments here tells me I'm not the only person to have that problem. It's a serious quality control issue that unfortunately happens a lot when acquiring Chinese-made merchandise.

Hello, The pad provided is flexible and is designed to support the cloth from puncture. No, the bags will not stand on their own by themselves. They will stand when the pads are in place and when emptying the bags. They hold to form very well when placed into position to receive groceries. They work well.
