The guide says the XS size fits for a pet up to 25 lbs; my cat is 15 pounds and it was definitely too small for her so maybe opt for a bigger size when buying. The material feels good quality and it’s a very complete kit.

I have a beagle basset hound mix. He weighs about 45 pounds and would never let me trim his nails. The vet even had challenges with medication to calm him. I was not sure if this would work because he is such a Wiggle worm when I pick him up. I decided to take a chance. Thankfully this grooming hammock works. He didn’t even wiggle or make a sound. I was able to cut his nails in about 10 minutes. This is a game changer. I can finally keep his nails trimmed on a regular basis without stressing him out or medicating him. I guessed on size, based it on what he wears for his shirts. I order a large and it was perfect.

Great concept and it probably works for a lot of dogs and their humans. My 15 lb ball of fire bucked and thrashed until he got a paw loose and then he started doing his version of an alligator death roll until he launched himself out of it. He fled to his safe spot under the bed and stayed there for a while. Now he's staring me down and I feel like he's judging me.He's a rescue so I don't know his past with nail trims, but I do know he will do EVERYTHING except bite to keep from getting his nails done.If your dog thinks it's part horse and part alligator, this is NOT for your dog.

I actually bought this for my puppy, so it's a little small for my cat. The larger one is probably better suited for cats. Neither size is for any animal that isn't small.There's not much else to say about it. Once they're hanging, they're immobilized. The only thing they can really do is bite lol. It's nothing a muzzle can't fix. The hardest part was getting him in it. He fought me and kept getting his legs out. He was definitely angry and kept scratching me, but he was hanging, he was calm.It definitely works though. If your fur baby is a butthead about getting their nails groomed, this is what you need to get the job done.

It works but my puppy keeps moving around. It kind of swivels and the snap links can break off.

This product made it so easy for us to trim my dogs nails by wrapping her in a cradle and hanging her from a secure bar above a door way. With out this product it was nearly impossible to trim her nails because she would act like we were trying to kill her. This made it so easy.

Just need the cats to corporate.

I really was looking forward to using this item, but it's missing the two straps. So although it looks like a good product, I am bummed. Now I have to wait longer to use it, and my pups nails are already long.
