Fantastic Book! Exercises well explained
Amazing book! I bought it for my wife and she's loving it. She doesn't miss a single workout and seems overall fitter after just two weeks in....well done Alessandro! (this author has already published a few books that she's finding quite useful)Initially I downloaded it the kindle al loved it....I decided to buy the paperback version as it is easier to use...best fitness boom I have ever bought, and I really mean it

Very effective workout
Great book with plenty of new, simple and effective exercises. The exercises are explained very effectively and concisely making it easy to follow. Honestly, as someone into practical fitness guides, I couldn't ask for more.In a few minutes per day you get a very effective workout...worth the price.Loved it!

Do NOT buy this book
The only colour photo is on the front cover! There are no other photos, only badly drawn diagram of a woman which her body shape frequently changes throughout the book. Half the content you don’t need a wall to complete! It has been printed on very poor quality paper. Really cheaply made!Please do not buy! Truly awful! I have no idea how this product got over 4 stars!Will be returning!

28-Day workout is great!
I really liked this book. It's simple pictures are clear and the description helps clarify if there is any question as how to do an exercise. I loved the 28 day challenge and how the workouts were all set out for you for those 28 days. Definitely recommend for beginners.

Get stronger at any age
I will start by saying that the author of this book comes across as sincere and motivating. His full bio is at the end of the book and it was nice to read why he does what he does. The book goes over various pilates exercises that you can safely and effectively do at home yourself. There are diagrams and written descriptions for each. The exercises are divided by area of focus. Towards the end of the book the author has put together a fitness plan. It goes day by day, what exercises to do, how many repetitions, how many sets, and what page to refer back to within the book to see that exercise. The book closes with a section on lowering stress levels. I found this book motivating and well written.

Pilates wall
What a fantastic simple to use and follow book. No glamorous pictures of unrealistic bodies. Plain almost cartoon style person used to demonstrate. The instructions are simple. I recommend the book. I can feel the improvement in muscles immediately even though I cycle and jog everyday.
