Q: Do these come with a guarantee or warranty?

No it doesn’t come with any meaningful guarantee. Their website says in the small print that a warranty is for a “reasonable period of time”. My elegant column radiator cracked after 17 months (leaking dirty water on the carpet) and they had no interest in helping me. They refused to tell me what the warranty length was on it, despite asking four times. I have bought a couple of others from plumbworld with a 10 year warranty, similar price point. My advice is don’t shop with them, no warranty and awful customer service

Q: Is this an electric radiator I can connect to a socket?

No, this is a standard hot water / boiler system radiator. You will have to run this of your central heating system. Kind regards
