Great value
Used to insulate the roof of a vintage American pickup and stuck on well and seems to be doing a good job. I will eventually finish lining most of the cab and under bonnet with the remains.

The self adhesive backing sticks well. The foil and its insulation foam layer work well. We used it on our house front bay wall, to keep the cold out. It really made an instant and great difference.

This sound proofing is very easy to use, it cuts very easily with a sharp blade, sticks very well and has made a massive difference to the noise levels generated from my empty van.
