Craftelier - Stamping Kit | Includes Stamping Platform, Easy Lifting Magnets, Pressing Tool and Square Ergonomic Block for Stamps

I have gone round and round in circles trying to sort this out, I, like the other customers don’t want to send this item back, all I want is the missing pressing tool (as in photo)/which was described as included, this is a most important part of the stamping board. The customer service is more than useless, requesting that I send the whole lot back, but I’ll only receive exactly the same thing back.On a positive note the actual product looks good, but tried it yet

I bought this specifically for the platform and pressing tool but my order has arrived and there is no pressing tool. There is no way to contact the seller directly and Amazon assistant will only give the option to return the whole thing when all I want is the missing item sending to me. I love craftelier and their products and I was pleased when they became available on Amazon but it’s more hassle than it’s worth if you can’t get help when you need it!
