Amazing customer service great product!
I purchased this because my toddler slept in our bed. It’s very high of the ground and was worried he would fall off… It’s easy to install, easy to operate daily, and the customer service is great. One of our bars had a defective piece and I reached out to customer service and they immediately shipped me a replacement. I definitely recommend

Great for infant
Nice for the California king size ,Looking for this for a while, cuz the bed size is hardly to get a perfect fence . Finally got this for my 9 months old baby . Super helpful.

Ensure you have wood or skills to modify
The system is absolutely wonderful in theory, but the actual materials are flimsy. My 6 month old has already broke one side because he likes to hold on while watching Ms. Rachel. I’m going to have to order another one or fix/reinforce the ones I already have. At that price point, I shouldn’t have to do any of that, not to mention now those jagged metal edges from that rail could’ve cut my son.

Great product and excellent service
My wife and I absolutely love this bed rail for our son. We highly recommend this product.. Also, thanks to Gina for helping us with a replacement rail in just a couple of days.

Great but doesn't fit all bed frames only the one in the picture.
This product came in great condition but unfortunately it didn't fit our frame it only fits the frame shown in the image we have a steal simple bed frame nothing special and we thought we could make it work. Set up was pretty ok if you know what you're doing there is an instructing video scan on the paper instructions that helps to a certain extend it doesn't show how to properly secure the rails to the bed.

Great rails.
I kinda was stuck getting these, since I have a CA king, and others did not fit. The covers were all different lengths. One was too long, one just right, and one was short. I couldn't nail the rails, but I put the base under the mattress. They are very wobbly, so I had to use a ribbon and tired them up to the bed posts. After that, they do not move, and I had no gaps. Now, to put the rails down, very important, you MUST turn the yellow knob to the open position, and then press the yellow knob. If the yellow knob is not in the open position, you cannot press it, to slide down. Also, the box came in a horrible condition, all banged and torn up. One rail was scratched, and I really thought I got a used product, but I think it was just that one. They are expensive, but overall worth it. I feel much better with these in place. I also love the length, and the figures are in a furry soft material, very cute:)

Cute, but not great
Bought the 3 panel one, but decided to only use 2 for ease of getting in and out of bed. Baby sleeps on the rail side. This is not very sturdy at all. I have a temperpedic with a base that cannot be drilled into, so I used the "sticky adhesive" provided to hold the frames in place. It is not sturdy and wobbles A LOT! I can't let my baby stand by it because I am afraid it will fall over with how much it wiggles. I have secured it with the velcro too, and it moves. I constantly have to make sure it is in an OK position every night before going to bed. If I knew it was this wobbly, I wouldn't have purchased. The reason I am keeping it is because it is heavy and I do not have the freedom to go return it - plus my husband threw the box away.

Good idea but terrible implementation
We really wanted this to work but it was overly complicated and unstable
