There’s a great list of ingredients in these supplements that combine to form a potent pill for immune system support. The amount per serving of each ingredient seems to be pretty standard; not too high or too low in comparison to similar products, but as always, be sure to incorporate it carefully if you take other supplements already, especially since the Vitamin C contained in these pills are 1,111% of your daily value. I wish the product page would offer a summary of each ingredient and why it was chosen for the blend. Having said that, the pills are quite small and easy to take, and you only need to take one a day according to the instructions. They are very easy to swallow, and do not produce any odors or aftertastes, which is quite nice! For the price, I’d say this product is well worth all the benefits the ingredients provide.

I ordered this in July 2023, and the bottle arrived double safety-sealed with an expiration date that was not clearly marked (I can read the first number as 12 but the rest is illegible). This vitamin C tablet is mixed with other ingredients, so be sure the read the label carefully for any ingredients you may wish to avoid, or may need to adjust other supplements to avoid overdosing).The bottle is marked with GMP, Non-GMO, third-party lab tested, and gluten-free. I have taken the whole bottle without any ill side effects. I haven't noticed a positive difference, but supplements don't always have a noticeable effect.As always, you should consult your doctor before taking any supplement.

Vitamin C is a must for daily supplements. The goal is to get at least 100mg daily and I usually get an adequate serving via fruits (oranges, strawberries) and certain vegetables (Brussel sprouts, peppers, broccoli, etc).However when I travel I need the additional supplement so this product delivers more than enough. In fact, it actually might have too much. 1,000mg is 10 times what an adult needs so I’m not sure such a high dose is necessary. The body can tolerate up to 2000mg so there’s some head room but considering how many ways you can get vitamin C through diet, I don’t think it’s safe to take this much each and every day.Ultimately I think this is a good supplement so to be safe I’m actually breaking these huge pills in half. 500mg is still more than enough and that extends this from a 90 day supply to a 180 day supply and lowers the cost from $0.17 to $0.08. Mom used to always recommend taking vitamin C for almost any kind of ailment. I don't know if there's any scientific evidence to what momma claimed, but I have continued taking Vitamin C over the years, and it seems to work to help keep me healthy. These tablets have 1000mg of vitamin C which is more than the dailiy recommended dose, but there does not seem to be any problem taking more than the body needs as it's easily excreted by the body. I will keep taking these and expect that the positive effects will help keep me well.
