This coffee is bold,and flavorful. It works perfectly for iced coffees. It is definitely a milder medium roast. You can definitely taste the good quality in this coffee. It is not acidic or bitter.

I’m very happy with my purchase. The coffee tasted smooth and not too strong. I’m usually skeptical to get medium roast as some taste too bitter but I was able to drink this black. A pup on the packaging alone just makes me smile in the morning!

I wish this came as whole bean, so I can grind it fresh and to the purpose. It came in a medium coarse grind, so not necessarily ideal for the brew methods I used, so keep that in mind. The coffee itself seemed fresh and flavorful. The roast is medium and the aroma is quite pleasant, without any burnt notes. I prepared this in a French press, in an espresso machine and as pour-over. The French press I tried hot and also as a iced coffee. My favorite was the espresso prep, even though it is a little too coarse for it. The flavor is mild but full and it makes a warm and pleasant aroma from any preparation. It also turned out very tasty over ice, with a shot of whole milk and kept a mild but strong taste even as the ice melted. If you are looking for a bold and dark roast, this is not your coffee, but if you enjoy a mellow but flavorful cup, give it a try.

Fresh, tasty brews right up in my 8 cup maker. Tastes great with hazelnut creamer. No complaints!

I tried this Happy Hound single-origin Colombian ground coffee recently, and it's got a fantastic flavor. It's smooth with a nice balance of boldness and acidity. It works well both in my drip pot and French press. The packaging is also good for keeping it fresh as it's vacuum sealed. Highly recommended for coffee enthusiasts.
