Hello, no magnetic clasp, just the standard clasp type of fork.

Q: Does this helmet absorb sweat? Are there removable pads to wring out sweat?

The pads absorb sweat and are removable and replaceable. I also were a dew rag underneath to absorb extra sweat. After a ride they are full of sweat and I just put the helmet in the sun to dry them out for the next days ride.
