I take skincare and anti ageing very seriously, and using prescription tretinoin means I need fragrance free products that won’t irritate my skin. This works perfectly for me. It’s a great alternative to Cerave Moisturising Cream - much cheaper, and pretty much the same. The Cerave does have extra ingredients in that are supposed to support the skin barrier, but to be honest the jury is out on how much those things really do for you in reality. A plain cream like this is doing everything you actually need from a moisturiser - sealing in moisture and reducing epidermal water loss with the most effective occlusives you can get - petrolatum and mineral oil. These are incredibly inert substances, and some of the best things you can apply to the skin for moisture retention and barrier health. Of course, you won’t see a huge marketing campaign with celebrity endorsements for this product, but it’s probably more effective than whatever overpriced gloop the high end brands try to sell us. For me, it’s a staple now. Especially good over the eye area which is really prone to soreness and dryness with some of my hardcore anti ageing actives.

This stuff is fab! I suffer from Raynauds and really struggle with extremely painful chilblains and split skin on my hands every winter (sometimes all year round). I’ve tried so many creams and lotions - often very expensive brand names, but never found a single one that helps and I was dreading winter as I knew my hands were going to be in pieces again. I used this cream at night, with cotton gloves on and I couldn’t believe how much it was helping me. I now use it every night (obvs without gloves in the warmer months) and it really helps. I’m also vegan and so I was needing a cream without any animal products in. I use it every day and still have half a tub left.

Purchased this product again after lesser quality products. It's easy to use and gives a good lather and a great price. It's also produced in the UK.

Bought this for my husband as he restless feet and legs, putting this on helps to relax them. This is not meant to be used instead of medical help. This works for him and a small amount goes a long way, as this is non scented it is ideal for those with sensitive skin but always check before using. Great value for money.

This is brilliant been using this for years I use it on my face in stead of soap it moisturises and it’s also good for sun burn.

I am so glad I have finally found something that helps soothe my very dry skin without causing any irritation at all.I have extremely dry skin especially on my face and it is also very sensitive (just to make it even more complicated!) Countless moisturisers have been bought and put to the side as they caused the dreaded redness along with the horrible burning feeling due to the irritation caused.I was a bit doubtful whether this would actually be okay but I needn't have worried!It applied very easily and instantly helped my face. Literally instantly. It even helped it feel smooth ~ something which it has not been in a very long time. No irritation and no redness/burning.I have struggled for so long with this skin issue and have felt so very self-conscious so this has helped me enormously. I honestly could not believe that this has worked a miracle.It applied very easily and a little went a long way. I didn't find this greasy at all or anything negative at all. Certainly was not too heavy for my face. I noticed one review saying about how the tub is not sealed ~ some products simply aren't no matter where you buy them from so I can't get too worked up about that and certainly wouldn't downstar this product for that! Particularly after it working magic!Needless to say I will be reordering this and recommending this to others!

I need a good simple cream that softens my skin but isn’t full of all sorts of things, this cream is perfect it’s always my go too. It’s such a great price too.

It is not a bad product, price is good and cream is good, it's simply personal preference where I prefer a wetter feeling moisturiser which stops my skin itching more than this non greasy one.
