Straight forward swap in an Arrma GROM
I bought 2 of these little motors, ready to swap-out the stock brushed setups in a pair of Arrma Groms (Granite & Typhon). Very straight-forward - no 'modding' required. These motors mount directly to the OEM motor mount, and with their 2.3mm shafts, they mate with the stock Arrma pinion perfectly. Add a Hobbywing 16BL30 ESC, a Radiolink mini Rx (paired to my existing RC4GS Tx), and slap a CNHL 1500Mah 3S battery, and these little Groms have suddenly 'woken up'! Great little motors!

Perfect for Arrma Groms
Replaced the brushed system with this motor and a hobbywing 16bl30 esc, running 2s is more than fast enough and Temps are okay with the stock pinion

Great Motor Upgrade for Traxxas Teton
Bought 2 of these or me and my brothers traxxas tetons along with 2 Hobbywing mini ESC's. The motor is SUPER fast even with the factory NiMH batteries. It bolted right into the factory spot and I didn't even need to adjust the pinion to spur spacing. I'll be switching to 2s lipo soon and will/would definitely recommend the metal spur gear to avoid stripping the teeth with 2s power. Overall, VERY impressed.
