I ordered this bottle of glutathione in July 2023. It arrived double safety-sealed with an expiration date of July 2026. These are labelled non-GMO, GMP, and vegan.I have not really noticed any effects, but supplements tend to work slowly, and results may not be evident for a while, or may require sophisticated laboratory testing to see results. I am sure my diet is not 100% the best, so any supplements that help my overall health are worth a try.In any case, I have had no ill effects, although the capsules taste awful, but then I'm not taking it for the taste. As with any supplement, you should consult your doctor before taking it.

I'm getting older, and I'm definitely in need of glutathione which is something we have trouble making ourselves as we get older. I have needed it for a few different reasons....one of my vanity reasons is to turn my liver/aging spots back to pale and essentially reverse them. But I'm doing this to also clear out my fatty liver and a host of other things. I know that it's not best absorbed orally but 1000 mg is pretty high so I thought I would give this a shot. The pills are not a challenge to swallow and everything was well-sealed, packaged and made in the US. So far, so good and I will update this review when I'm close to the end of the bottle.

Shop around for a good antioxidant and you'll come across glutathione. I have had no issue with this brand and think it makes the cut as a supp provider
