I’m old school: so I prefer leather over kydex when it comes to holsters. This holster is not formed to a specific firearm being setup as sort of a universal holster for small frame pistols. So, as someone that has dealt with a lot of leather holsters, it’s going to require some break in to let it “form” to the pistol. The leather appears and feels decent. The stitching wasn’t bad however I had two every long (about ½ inch each) loose thread ends: one at the middle of the entry the other opposite of it at the clip end (see picture). This makes me worry about their quality control as they are very noticeable. I specifically picked this up for Glock 43X. The holster is very tight especially at the muzzle. I also have some thicker belts which were an absolute pain to get through the belt loop. They were very tight but as I plan to use this mostly for inside the waistband (IWB) carry. I’ll report back after I get it a little more broken in.

I wouldn't call this a concealed carry holster. But that's just me. I do think it's a fine open carry holster, and looks better than 99 percent of the "plastic" holsters that are better off concealed because they are so ugly. This one looks good.

The craftsmanship of this genuine leather holster is very good. The cowhide leather is smooth on the outside, so it is semi-waterproof. The inside of the holster is like suede, so it will not scratch the finish of my sidearm. The fitting is a little tight for my M&P Shield, but I like a snug fit, so my sidearm will not fall out accidentally. It is not easy to do a quick draw initially because the leather has not broken down. I let my pistol sat in the holster for a while to stretch it out and it seems to work better. I also like that it can be used as an OWB holster because it has a secure belt loop on the other side, so it is a good option for me if I want to switch the way I carry on the fly. Hope the leather will hold up well, will update after a few months.

Perfect fit for Glock 43. Fits snug enough to be secure, but not so tight that it catches when drawing. The clip offers plenty of room to accommodate thicker waistbands or belts, but again, holds securely enough that it doesn’t interfere or come loose when drawing. Solid build that I feel will last for years to come. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this holster to anyone looking for an affordable IWB setup.

This is a nice simple design that just molds around your handgun. It has a clip so it can easily be clipped to your pants or belt. We were worried that it wouldn’t work because it looked too small but it fits perfectly and the gun we have is not one that was advertised for it. It is universal and it was a little stiff at first but it’s starting to form to it nicely.

The holster that I received is a high quality very well made cowhide holster. It is partially reinforced with a double layer of cowhide covering most of the holster. It has a metal clip for IWB carry, as well as a loop in which to insert your belt for open carry. The stitching, single in some areas, double where it's needed, seems well done.The only real issue I have with it is it's rather small size. In the description photo, it appears to be accommodating some model of possibly a Glock semi auto pistol. However, this holster is too small to even accommodate my subcompact pistol. For reference, the smallest semi auto I own is a Springfield XD 2 subcompact. This holster is way too small for even that. It is however, excellent for a small frame revolver. I was very pleased to discover that this holster provides an excellent fit for my new Diamondback Sidekick .22 caliber revolver. I like that it holsters my "cowboy gun" nearly perfectly, almost like it was specifically made for it, really, while giving a more modern look than most other holsters that are designed for these types of revolvers. This very well made holster also costs less than many other holsters made for small frame .22 revolvers while providing excellent durability and a great fit.I believe that this holster would probably provide a great carry option for other small frame revolvers as well.
