Only Drawback -- I wish this came with an alternative plastic basket and a very fine mesh basket that fit the dimensions of the machine......I would be willing to buy them if they were addons, finding it difficult to get the 2 alternative baskets that will fit the dimensions......Got one of these over a month ago, can't even begin to add up the amount of time this machine has saved me.....I use this on a daily basis to clean used jewelry I am prepping for reselling online. I would say definitely read the instructions, some jewelry can't go in this machine unless you are willing to risk a gemstone or something coming loose.....however I am OK with that because I figure the rhinestone or whatever was about to come off anyway and since I resell I would rather know a stone is loose and fix it before I sell it......

This thing is crazy it ate the paint off od plastic models. Made repairing and repainting so much easier.

The media could not be loaded. Product is good for the price. However received a damaged unit because of shipping.Pros: Ran for a total of 4 hours so far no issue with any function. Label is extremely cool looking some odd choice of wording like sweep instead of low. Like that it is plastic lid instead of metal formed so handles can be latched to side while in use.Cons: compared to my other ultrasonic cleaners has a high pitch electrical sound coming from unit. Sounds like some metal is loose inside. And label is spot on bt adhesive for the front label is misaligned by 1/8th of an inch.Overall good product awesome design. However build quality of what you receiv3 may vary.

This is smaller than the one I currently have (currently own a 2.5L). Complete waste of money and time waiting for it. It looked small so I used a measuring cup which maxes out at 2L. I filled to the 2L line on the cup and poured in. If I stop pouring in at the manufacturer "max fill line" in ultrasonic cleaner, then IT TAKES LESS THAN 2L!!! it's junk to me and false advertising, I want my money back.

Used it to clean a calcified garden hose manifold. All the parts came out shiny and clean. Will try rusted hand tools next. Price point for this product can't be beat.

It works great and the interface is easy to use. I use it for cleaning resin 3d prints. It works great to remove supports with the heating feature, but last week I tried to turn it on to clean some prints and it wouldn't turn on.
