Hello, some called it Big Chief, but the ATSF never had a train with that name. They had first Super Chief and then for example Texas Chief and others. But the item is a good N-scale sample for an EMD F3 engine with the famous War Bonnet paint scheme.

Q: Is 1997 written on it ?

At the Box is written: "Die-Cast Metal- Dated 1997" . It's a Lionel model with road number 2343.
