Q: How sturdy are the wheels?

No issues with the wheels. I rolled through two airports each way and they worked smoothly.

Q: what is the height of the bag with and without wheels?

I don't know but the measurements are in the add. It is DEFINITELY AIRLINE carryon size. I packed for a week trip in it. No sweat!

Q: Do you get the duffle bag with the 20" carry on bag?

I got the carry on suitcase with the additional carry on travel bag. It is actually a nice size!

Q: does the 21" include the wheels?

I assume without going to the basement and measuring it. It passed through TSA as a carryon. I think it’s worth the money if you’re on the fence.
