Dead and stuck pixels
I bought the touchscreen one. Everything is good and working fine except some 7-8 spots of dead and stuck pixels.

Okay but not okay
The product has good configuration, since you get an i5, 8 GB RAM, SSD and also a touchscreen display which is a steal for the price offered, but the overall quality of the item received is not upto the mark. It seems like a 2-3 years old laptop unlike claimed to be in "Excellent Condition", battery is totally worn out with no backup, started swelling which is visible from the body being deformed due to pressure the battery is creating. Trackpad stops working intermittently and then the connection ports have started to corrode. This is definitely one of those laptops being used by people from IT services company for 2-3 years and then sold out but it should not be called Refurbished. This is an OLD laptop and not a refurbished (returned to seller for xyz reason).

Doesn't have replacement/warranty
The charger has stopped working after 3 days. The keyboard also doesn't work properly. Says 7 days replacement available but when tried to submit Return/Replace request it says item out of stock!!

quality is not good , all body change laptop , internal battery is not present in laptop.

Happy with the product purchase
The product looks good. Was nicely packed with utmost care and like new product. Very less wear & tear marks on the product. As promised, the config are 100% true. It has been 2 days since receipt. No connectivity issues found yet. Will provide a more detailed review in 3 month's time.

Product is definitely not as described. Condition is only "Fair"
Highly overpriced, and definitely not "excellent " condition as claimed. Better to stay away from this. Similar quality system is available for around 19-22k
