Pretty Good
This product must be assembled upon arrival. It includes a wrench and allen wrench to screw the sides on, plus there are attachments that hook onto it as well. I wish that the allen wrench screws were just regular or phillips head screws, because I stripped the allen wrench when putting this together. I guess I didn’t have to screw them down quite as tightly as I did. NOTE: The bottom rack is maybe half an inch wider than the top rack, so the arms stretching between them will be tilting slightly inward towards the top rack – but the metal is flexible enough that it doesn’t affect the overall structural stability.I like that this is built vertically in order to save counter space. It does an acceptable job of spacing out the dishes so that they can dry. However, I realized after I’d put this together that my cupboards were too low to allow the plates to be put into the top section of the drainer so I detached the top section again and put it on a towel next to the base (which actually gives me a bit more room to dry dishes). This is something to keep in mind if you have cupboards over your counters near the sink. After testing, I’m less impressed by the silverware bin; if hung on the outside it drains onto the counter and tips away from the draining holes, pooling water in with the silverware. I’d recommend hanging it on the inside of the draining rack so it drains into the tray and also sits flatter and drains more fully. The bottom tray is fairly flat so some water sits on it until there is enough to make it flow out the hole. I like that the spout can be pivoted so you can align the drainer parallel or perpendicular to your sink. The spout does not seem to leak, which is nice because every other dish drainer I’ve used has struggled to actually funnel water into the sink instead of spilling it onto the counter.

Sturdy dish rack
This does require some assembly but its pretty straightforward. Comes with a couple extra nuts and bolts. Once constructed and fully assembled it looked very nice on the counter. The water drain works as advertised as I tested it by running some water on it and the counter stayed dry. This rack maybe a but small for my needs as we tend to wash and dry quite a bit but the foot print of the rack is great and this dish rack is made from good quality. This deserves 4 out of 5 stars for sure!

Maximize use of counter space
This is supposed to be a rust resistant dish dryer, we'll see with time. For now,Things I like about this:Compact for small areas; frees up counterspaceHolds a lot of dishesEasy to clean traysSelf draining into sink/No need for a towel underneathThings I don't like about it:For the silverware drain to work properly, you have to move it inside of the tray or it will drain on the counter. That's the only thing that's bugged me about it.Overall, I'm really happy with it.

It's a good rack.
This is a good rack that fits my needs. Be aware that when the rack arrives, it will need to be assembled. It's not difficult, just follow the instructions. Also make sure that you have enough clearance from your cupboard. When fully assembled it stands about 13" tall plus the height of whatever dishes you put on the top level.

Great design, just doesn't hold large plates, etc
I have mixed feelings about this dish rack. It's an overall good design - especially the knife slots (unnamed household members are glad not to have to worry about knocking drying clean knives falling down and the untimely removal of toes or feet). There's a place for every type of dish that could be washed (cups on top, small plates and bowls too). There's just not a lot of room. Even for a washup for dinner prep and a meal for two, there's no place for pots or pans, much less large, charger size plates or even like the 1950s smaller portions dinner plates. Unnamed people can't even get all their 10+ mugs/day washed and dried. So if you're by yourself or have smaller plates and are not a cook, this is actually a great dish rack. Wouldn't recommend it for families, cooks, anyone with large plates in their crockery.

Not designed well
Pros: - Looks like photos - Comes with instructions on how to assembleCons: - Bolts used aren't locking and can cone undone or loosen over time - Huge size, not suitable for small kitchens or limited storage space in general - Not durable or heavy-duty

Nice
I always wanted one of these but I thought because of my cabinets, it would be too tall. This holds my dishes. But this drainer is compact, well designed and easy to clean. I like the utensil cup and the cutting board rack at the back. This holds my dishes, glasses and cups, but no large pots and pans.

Elerator Large Dish Rack
Assembly required and self-explanatory, and it came with extra screws so when you drop one and it rolls under the radiator, not a problem. The problem? There was no telescoping piece included to reach over the edge and drain into the sink.
