I received this product with the lid broken, and it is the second time it has arrive like this. the other time was the Marine Collagen

The ingredients in this are basic healthful fats helpful for lowering inflammation, vitamin D, and a couple of antioxidants that are especially good for sun exposure. This complex would be useful to many as they head into the summer months because zeaxanthin alone has shown some good benefit in protecting skin from the sun.This formula looks like it will do what it says. I wish there were independent third-party testing at this price point.The bottle says it is for use by adults 19+ which I would agree with because these it would be hard to motivate anyone younger to take four of these capsules each day for sun protection. I was hoping to get my husband to take these and he won't take more than one a day. To me, they are easy to swallow but I'm more motivated to get the results. So far I haven't seen any benefit or problems from taking them but one bottle is a month's supply so I'll update it if my skin looks any better at the end of the month.Update: After finishing the bottle, I can say that I think these made a beneficial difference to my skin. I took them with 30-40 grams of collagen a day, though, and I think its the combination that works the magic so I don't know if I'd pay this high a price for these alone.

This is one of my favorite omega supplements. It has a great mix of high quality fish oils (anchovies, sardines, and mackerel) and borage oil - all of which are so good for your body. This product focuses on skin care, but also is great for dry eyes and overall eye health.Another reviewer said this is made in Canada which it is not. The company (Bend Beauty) is located in Canada, but the product its self is made in the USA.I absolutely love the minty flavor. A lot of fish pills use lemon, but I find the mint is much better at helping with fishy burps.The recommended dose is 4 gelcaps, but I have been using 2 per day. I find it easier to swallow two and then the jar lasts me 2 full months!

I am writing this review to share my personal experience with the Renew + Protect mini softgels.These soft gels have a great blend of borage and fish oils, that provide the omega-3s EPA and DHA, as well as the omega-6, GLA, lutein, zeaxanthin, and vitamin D.The bottle comes with 120 soft gels and because I had to take four soft gels every day, I ended up splitting them between taking two softgels in the morning and two softgels in the early evening.I went through this whole bottle in a month, and I did notice improve not only on my skin but also on my knees, I was feeling some knee pain prior to start taking this supplement but I have not felt knee pain after taking these soft gels consistently for two weeks.To be clear during my first two weeks of taking this supplement I was still experiencing some knee pain but right on the beginning of my third week I did not feel pain in my knees anymore.So, I believe that I had too much inflammation on my knees but, I am very glad that I have not experienced that anymore, I just wish this supplement was more affordable so I could continue getting the benefits of this supplement.

I spend a lot of time in the sun, particularly in the spring and summer- beach-going, working in the yard, and just about any kind of outdoor activity I can think of. I’ve got somewhat olive skin and I tend not to burn easily, so I don’t always remember to use a sunscreen like I should. As a result, I get dry, UV-beaten skin, especially on my forearms, so I’m always in search of something that will help with keeping my skin from drying out so much, so I thought I’d give this a shot. At first it didn’t seem like it was really doing much. I was a little put off by the mint scent/flavor (since these are capsules I don’t think they need any flavoring), but I stuck with the 4 per day regimen, and after about 10 days I really started to notice a difference. The dry layer of skin on my arms has given way to a more translucent tone, and my skin feels so much softer and more hydrated than usual- all without having to slather on lotion or shea butter like I used to. I’m very happy with this!
