Perfect for sourdough starters, I like the wide mouth so it’s easier to get stuff out or mix things.

Not 24 oz!
I purchased the 2 Wide Mouth Mason jars that are labeled as 24 oz. They are barely 20 oz! I needed at least 22 oz to store steel cut oat meal. The jars are great, classic Mason jars, but just barely 20 oz, not even near 24 oz.
