Very pleased with this machine, great to have 2 pens makes it more versatile, works well with the advantage of being able to adjust the temperature, selection of nibs to cover most projects, well priced.

Brilliant! It heats up fast and works perfectly. I love it. Easy to use and having two means you can swap tips quickly while the other cools. I just set up with my two favourite tips so I can swap instantly.

Excellent tool, only negative point would be prolonged use results in cooked finger tips, advised wear of finger protectors would be beneficial but other than that the actual tool is very good

There are two wands, which is really handy because it makes swapping nibs so much easier (even if you can only use one at a time). Temperature control is good. The wands heat up and cool really quickly. Overall, really pleased and would buy this again, but obviously as it’s new, I can’t comment on robustness at this point.

Just started pyrography this year as a new hobby, and bought a pen with solid tips, (cheapest for start up ) and managed to do some OK work for practice, but wasn’t overly enthused by it and it seemed a fair bit of pressure was needed. Started to look at other tools as the pen with solid nibs didn't feel they were getting hot enough to add texture. (Although hot, not controllable).. Did a bit of research and it appears the wire tips seem to be the ‘go to’ for wood burn enthusiasts so figured I would take it up a level, without the huge expense … Really glad I did, as my first attempt with this kit was the owl. (Pictured) Used just two tips and turned the heat up twice to get shading… was so much easier to use than solid draw tips. Easier to hold (ladies small hand) - picture of both pens for size comparison… From drawing onto the wood, to the final burn took me just over two hours! I love this piece of kit! So easy to use and control… not bulky, heats up fast, cools down quick. Not sure I will use my other one now I have found this!

It was ok at first, then it simply stopped working. It lasted about 3 weeks. It was in the return window so I tried to return it, but illness prevented me getting it to the post office in time. Spend a bit more on something that doesn’t appear so flimsy. And works!!!!

This is good value. Lots of tips, heats quickly and works smoothly. The pen holders are comfortable to hold and easy to control. Although there are 2 pen holders you can only heat one at a time. That is fine for my as you can set each up with a different tip and heating is quick.
