Happy with purchase
My frother has stopped frothing after 5 months. Have tried many different types of creamers. It just spins, but no froth. Update: I contacted customer support and they got back with me very quickly. They gave me suggestions that worked. Great customer service.

Spills the Milk
In the beginning, this worked great. Less than 2 months later, the foam started to spill over and burned the milk. For reference, I use this on a daily with Oat milk

This thing is so much better than a steamer!
I am rarely moved to write a review without prompting, but this is one of those times. This little device easily, quickly, and silently foams both soy milk and oat creamer (presumably cowmilk, too, but I don't have any). I can rinse it clean in a few seconds. It's only been used a few times, so I'll update it it suddenly breaks, but right now I am very happy with it! (I will note that when I got it, the little metal ring had come loose from its holder during shipping. I worried the foamer was going to be a dud, but it was easy enough to pop it back on.)

Stopped working after few months

Planned Failuew
This, like so many home devices these days, defines the term "planned obsolescence" and after barely 4 months, this frother has failed. They are probably betting that we won't contact the company or will buy another just to get functionality, but we may go to another brand. Companies like this should be ashamed for marketing items that are planned to fail and they won't prey on this consumer any further. Junk, plain and simple.

DESASTRE!
The media could not be loaded. En el fondo de la máquina, queda la leche quemada y no se puede ni usar. Encima les escribís para solicitar reembolso del dinero y no se hacen cargo! La verdad que son un desastre! No los recomiendo!

Great buy
This is AMAZING. Easy to use, quick and easy clean, & does what it's supposed to. I love that it froth's both hot & cold.Update:In less than 90 days my frothier no longer works. I'm so disappointed. Now it's just a cute accessory for my counter.
