I got this for my husband who had no appetite due to medication and needed more protein in his diet. He is better now so I had this for breakfast today. I expected some chalkyness because most people complain of that but I really liked the smell and flavor. It really smells and tastes like a latte. I don't know if I could drink it every day but occasionally would be fine, especially as a meal replacement.
