This is very effective for me. I smoke for 45 years minus the time that I was pregnant with my children and nursing my children I didn’t smoke and I eventually picked it back up again. Don’t bash it happens this stuff is great. It takes the edge off I would say, I am being very honest here you have to have the desire to quit smoking. If you’re going to quit smoking all these gadgets and gadgets, I’m gonna work and less you said you’re mind to stop I’ve got six months using this product and as I said it helps because there’s times that you’re just your bodies gonna do what your bodies gonna do and this takes the edge off it’s kind of like a Vicks vapor deal but milder makes you feel like cleaner rather than that cigarette smoke smell so definitely I got a three pack. I’m definitely probably gonna get another one when I run out here great product price is right.

This did nothing to stop any nicotine cravings. It smells very similar to vaporub which is about as far from the flavor of cigarettes or vaping that I can think of and does nothing to stop me from wanting to smoke. I can see this possibly helping someone who is using nicotine replacement therapy like the patch or gum since it would give them a distraction a few times a day but there are probably healthier alternative that do the same thing. Unfortunately, this isn't the magic solution you are looking for and you should look into something else to quit smoking.
