The combination of the individually wrapped coils, foam layers and cotton bedding top provides the best buy for your money. It is soft and cushiony. I purchased two.I was able to get it delivered well packaged and with no rips or tears.They were clean and new.

I had no high expectations, but I'm quite pleased. I'm 6'3" and over 300 pounds. I would never call this mattress firm. But also not soft. I think the best description is resilient support. Certainly no sag. The edges could be firmer, but that's something you give up in a budget mattress. Still, no worse than our old all latex.Unboxing and setup was painless. It's a heavy box, so make sure delivery can get to your porch. If you can't handle a heavy box, pay the extra for delivery to the bedroom or full setup. It is compressed and then rolled. The roll is held merely by a single layer of plastic wrap secured by tape. When you remove the tape, the mattress can be rolled out, still compressed. It's not going to slap you or anything. It's just a rolled mattress. As you remove the inner plastic, you can hear it taking in air. We stood it against the wall to inflate. It was nearly full size before we could stand it up. We left it there overnight and moved it to the bed before noon when it looked and felt fully inflated. There has been no odor.This mattress at least has pulls on the sides, which our old one did not. The workmanship looks very good. It's quite nicely finished and detailed. I'm pleased with the price point. I expect it will be good for at least three or four years, which is enough at this low price.I'll update this with some sleeping experience and anything that is less than good.

I love how comfortable this mattress is. I recently had such a horrible mattress and I upgraded to this and am so glad I did. My only gripes are that the edges of the bed are so soft that you can’t really sit on the edge, and that the mattress is a little unshapely on the corners. This mattress is so comfortable otherwise and I no longer have back pain. It’s still not firm enough for stomach sleeping because your back will cave and ache all day, but side and back sleeping it is perfect for.

Very easy set-up, not extremely firm, but just right for myself. Only slept on it 2 nights, but my pain level is much lower, and my energy level is through the roof. Definitely the best purchase I've ever made.

Probably my favorite purchase of my adult life lolI've been sleeping on the same 20+ year old mattress since college and it has been doing a number on my back, but I've been hesitant to buy a new mattress because what if it's uncomfortable after costing me an arm and a leg? Thanks to the price of this mattress I was finally willing to throw out the old dinosaur.I couldn't believe this thing (I got a queen) fit in such a slim box and even though instructions were included, I didn't pay attention. Big mistake. When I released the mattress from its vacuum seal it unfolded with enough force it almost took my head off. Totally my fault and I got a good laugh out of it. Seriously though please be careful.I let the mattress sit for three days so it could puff up, but from the get-go it already felt plenty firm. I was concerned that the corners and sides would be a little too soft and flat, but I haven't had that issue. I also took someone's advice and put cardboard boxes on my frame to fill in the gaps and give it more support. Went a little extra and also got a fluffy mattress topper and now, after a week of sleeping on this mattress, I am in love.It's perfectly firm, but not too much. I'm already no longer waking up with lower back pain. Honestly I have nothing but good things to say about this mattress. It feels fantastic and far exceeded my expectations. I'm so relieved I didn't have to shell out a couple grand for a mattress. The real question is how long it will last, but with the price I won't care if I have to replace it every couple of years, it will still be saving me money in the long run.Also of note, the box it arrived in was nearly destroyed in transit. Come on UPS get it together. It looked like the box had been tossed down a couple hills. I was freaking out that my mattress was damaged, but inside it was packaged so well that I found not a single tear or sign of damage. Big plus in my book when sellers package their stuff securely.

The mattress did not decompress perfectly. I contacted their service department, and they were very kind, courteous, quick to respond and friendly. My mattress came from the same batch they had on hand and suggested a partial refund as they could not guarantee it would not do the same thing. This was satisfactory for me because the mattress is extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this mattress.

For being a foam mattress, this did not feel like it molded your body nor did it segregate movement. I could feel every move my husband made. We purchased the 12 inch king hybrid and gave it a good try for almost 3 months. Although it supports me as a stomach sleeper, it is way too firm for side sleeping. Inflated easily on arrival, no odor, cooling is effective, and appears to be made well, just unfortunately not a comfortable option for us.
