This item is really sturdy and I love it more than the foam ones because it has a good grip, doesn't dent or scratch and some weight to it. Looks lovely with my yoga set up as well, nice brown with my black mats. I bought 2, when my partner and I do yoga we can have one each or I could use both when I do yoga by myself. I might pick up 2 more so I don't have to share. Highly recommend!!

I like cork over foam ones as they are less slippery and have a good weight the them classic design and right size for any yoga practice. Has very firm support and Iām pleased with value
