very happy with my purchase. machine is easy to use and works very quickly! if you follow the instructions make sure pieces are locked in place and use the cup provided to fill the water and i dont see any issues occurring. where you place the espresso there are lines with numbers corresponding with the number on the glass. i have added the full 4 for water but dont quite pack the espresso to that line because its so close to the top and feel the water needs room. experienced no problems proceeding this way.

Do not buy this product. I made one cappuccino and it tasted good, then next day I did everything the same and no coffee, milk frothier works great. unfortunately this machine will not brew any coffee, none. I read all the instructions before using it, and went trough all trouble shooting, It should not be this hard. I did not go to customer service because I have wasted enough time on this machine, I read the reviews and thought I would take a chance anyway,

Machine works great, fast and easy. However, it's hard to understand why the status light (the light indicating that the machine is on) is on the side and not on front. Also is hard to understand why the OFF isn't the last position of the operation button.

I just received this machine and overall it works well. I like the preheat because the coffee comes out hotter than most machines that are similar. The frother on the machine leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve had machines like this before and know how to ge frothy milk and this one is awful! Also, it’s nicer to have a frother you can just wipe off rather than one with the extra piece on the outside that you have to take off to clean both. If you like to froth your milk, this is NOT the right machine.
