Poor refurbished product
This computer showed up well packaged, I unwrapped the packaging and noticed right away a fairly large deep scratch in the front panel right where you see it. I know it was refurbished so I wasn’t going to complain. I hooked it up and got it started and immediately as soon as the computer booted up the fan Went to full speed! It sounds like a vacuum cleaner running. It is very annoying to sit next to, and the air coming out of this thing smells like it smoked 1000 packs of camel unfiltered cigarettes throughout its life. Like this thing stinks bad!!! I attached a video that you can hear the fan running full speed all the time. I went through the set up procedure, hoping that when it was finished and restarted, everything would act normal, but that isn’t the case, I don’t think I’ll be buying any more refurbished stuff from Amazon because lately it has been more bad experiences than good, I guess I have to go through the hassle of returning this through the RMA process with the refurbishment company. What a hassle….

Died at 10 mos-defective cable
Worked great for 10 mos then no video output. Dell's included Display Port to HDMI converter cable failed. $15 Walmart replacement. Don't trust anything

La computadora parece nueva y funciona a la perfecciòn
Muy impresionado con la computadora. - Funciona a la perfecciòn - Revisè los componentes, la tarjeta madre, el procesador, etc - TODO se ve nuevo. - El gabinete tiene unas raspaduras sin importancia. Ya tiene MS Office instalado y Windows 10. En lo personal uso Debian GNU/Linux - y fue lo que instalè en este equipo. Estoy muy contento, GRACIAS !!

No se quien les dijo que esto es una 7020 con un 4790, porque no le llega ni a los talones, no solo gaste 3000 y pico pesos mexicanos por esta basura si no que nisiquiera tiene lo que la publicación menciona
