Love that they don't ride up ir down fit perfect. And make you sweat.

This pair of leggings arrived in a semi opaque ziplock bag measuring approx 19cm x 14cm x 4cm.They have a really unpleasant smell when you remove them from the bag, something like rubber with a dose of cod liver oil & I put them out on the line for a few hours before trying to put them on because it made me heave.That made them slightly better but not much.Putting them on felt like I imagine it would to try & wear a balloon & sounded like it too.I would guess it's like putting on a latex outfit, but that isn't something I've ever done.I handled them gently, the way you would a pair of tights although they are more substantial, as I was concerned about damaging the lining.I was amazed to discover that the size L (the size I normally pick on Amazon) fit me just fine, as they looked too small & I didn't think they would get over my hips.Let's just say they are a very snug fit, but I think they are meant to be.If I was getting them again, I'd probably get one size bigger though.Once on they were actually comfortable & I had my full range of motion in them as long I didn't mind the occasional quiet rubbing a balloon sound effects when I made more extreme movements.The pockets work well & I was able to put my phone into one without trouble - it is 17cm tall, 8.5cm wide & 2cm deep in it's case.As the top of each pocket is covered, even turning upside down didn't make my phone fall out.Sadly then I had to exercise, because these won't help you sweat all by themselves.For me this involved lots of regret I didn't wash these first every time I caught a whiff (they are hand wash only or you will wreck the silver lining & they cannot be tumble dried).Don't be me. Just wash them & use them later.I ended up dosing them in perfume to make it through the day.I took these off by turning them inside out as I pushed them down my legs & washed them straight away.After washing once, they hardly smelled at all & I think with a second wash they will be fine.I definitely did a lot more sweating wearing these while doing my usual workout than I normally would.You will need to wash these between every wear if you've worked up a sweat, so I'm going to keep trying them for a week to see how they deal with that & update this review.I'm giving these 3 stars for now as I've only worn them once & I'm concerned about how the fabric will hold up.The outside seems fine, the inside feels like I could damage it & the waistband, which looks deep on the images is actually a single line of stitching which feels fragile.I think if you treat them like they are made of a regular fabric, they are likely to get damaged so I will be handling them gently.

This body shaper is of good quality but when it arrives it smells a bit but wash it before you use and it works wonder…it fits well and comfortable

Bought my first pair they came all ripped, sent them back ordered a new pair and they came apart when i was wearing them once.

I've tried sauna shirts before and they made me sweat a lot and that's why I decided to try these sauna pants. They come packaged in a tiny bag and when I took them out of the package they had a terrible fishy smell, which fortunately, after I washed them, I didn’t feel it anymore. I chose size M for these pants and I can say that they fit me well, a little difficult to wear but I like how they look on me, they look like regular leggings. I have worn them every time I exercise, they made me sweat a lot, I hope they will help me to lose some weight. They are good sauna leggings and the price is reasonable.

These are very comfortable to wear and would make you sweat faster than you would when wearing other trousers.Material is smooth and skin friendly. It did not make me itch or get redness after wearing this while doing the treadmill.I just did not like the smell when I first took it out of the packaging. I smelled awful. I nearly threw it away but thought I should wash it first and then decide. The smell did disappear, thank God.I can’t say whether I lost a few pounds wearing these or because of me running but it still looks nice to put on even when you go to the gym.It is very elastic but fits snug on you so doing a lot of stretching while wearing this is not an issue.The pocket is a good idea but I wish that they are a bit deeper so I don't easily drop my phone but it's still great.

Leggings, not shorts. It's a bit like wearing a shell suit inside out! They smell a little odd, but nothing too bad. Seem to be constructed well. 2 pockets. Certainly have a warming effect, according to my daughter. Unfortunately they are on the small side (despite picking the sizing best for me).. seems I need to lose some weight before I can use them properly to help me shape my body!

I ordered this sweat trousers for work out . I am size medium but I order larger size XL as cloths sticks to the body after work out . I received the trouser that is as small as Uk size 10 . As it will fit to a 10 year old child . All stitching and material is appreciate able . But it is not useful for me . I can say it does not meet my expectations.
