Didn't notice any difference it is a Jeep so not good gas mileage to begin with

Anyone see any issues with a snorkel that goes up the A pillar?

No snorkel on mine, but, fits pretty snug. These are placed up high towards the top of windshield, snorkel turns out before then if I'm not mistaken. And I have been wrong before.

Will it fit an 02 grand Cherokee ?

Yes, I used yj brackets brackets and they fit a Tracker with no issues. I'm sure they'd fit an actual jeep.
