Looks a really good book - I think I will be referring to it regularly as I have a number of food intolerances and other problems so hoping this will help.

This books is very good as it helps me learn of other ways to care for my health with herbs. It is cheap and delivery was prompt. Quality is good also.

A very interesting book. May well succeed when the doctors can't find an answer. These remedies are worth a try and are unlikely to do you any harm. I find it a helpful reference book to have on the shelf. I like the reference to various medical experts who have tested out many of these medicines.

BRILLIANT QUICK.

This is a great little book that tells you the basic, root causes of most every day ailments, and provides easy to understand advice and practical and natural ways to help solve the problems. It is amazing how many chemicals are used in so many products we use, and these have effects on our bodies, often negative. The traditional medical cures also have their own side effects. This book tries to tell us where we go wrong and then tells us how we can put it right.I am very pleased with this book, as on a practial level, it is extremely useful and covers most ailments. I really do think that every home needs this book.
