Very nice taste - good level of vitamin D3
The thing I like most about this Nordic Naturals is the taste: as strange as it sounds - given that it is a fish oil - it does have a very nice taste. It tastes clean and fresh and I really do like this. It makes me think (which I am sure is correct) that I am using a high quality oil. There is no fishy after-taste or odour. The lemon in the taste is apparent but subtle and balanced. I thought that I could taste rosemary and then when I read the leaflet I saw that it was one of the ingredients. It is easy to pour onto a 5ml medicine spoon and is exactly the right viscosity not to spill and to swallow easily. The instructions state that it should be taken with plenty of water and with a meal.Vitamin D3 at 25mcg (500% RDA) according to the information leaflet is really interesting because it means that I can use the fish oil and not take my separate D3 tablets. In terms of cost, and although D3 tablets are not that expensive, this is a bonus. The EPA at 340mg and the DHA at 510mg per 5ml is, for me, very good and compares favourably with the capsules I have been using. There is 210mg of other Omega 3 fatty acids also.I have tried Nordic Naturals previously - some years ago - and I had forgotten how good their products are. Given the D3, EPA, DHA and vitamin A content as well as the wonderfully clean and fresh taste, I think this Cod Liver Oil is an outstanding product and probably the best liquid fish oil I have used.

high quality
Knowing that it's lab-tested gives me peace of mind, and the fact that it's soy-free, gluten-free, and non-GMO makes it suitable for a wide range of dietary needs and preferences. The lemon flavour is not only masks any fishy taste but also adds a pleasant citrusy twist that makes taking this supplement a pleasure rather than a chore. The convenient liquid form makes it easy to incorporate into my daily routine. I simply take a spoonful each morning, and I'm good to go. This potent dose of EPA and DHA has had noticeable benefits for my overall health and well-being, from supporting heart health to promoting joint function and cognitive function.

High values of EPA & DHA
This cod liver oil is chock-full of omega-3s, vitamins A and D3, and boasts of coming from the clean Arctic waters. Plus, the lemon hint makes it easier to take if you're not usually a fan of fish oil flavours.🤔🤔 Here are my thoughts:🤔✅ **Rich in Omega-3- It packs 340mg of EPA, 510mg of DHA, and an additional 210mg of other omega-3s per serving, hitting a high mark in essential fats.✅ **Extra Nutritional Value- Alongside omega-3s, you get the added benefit of vitamins A and D3, boosting more than your typical fish oil supplement.✅ **Arctic Cod Source- Its Arctic origins imply a purer product, with a lower risk of pollutants like mercury and PCBs – a big win for quality seekers.✅ **Quality Assurance- Focused on delivering a contaminant-free product, the Arctic sourcing speaks volumes about its purity and overall quality.✅ **Ease of Consumption- No fuss with taking this oil, thanks to its absence of an aftertaste and a helpful dash of lemon flavour.✅ **Smart Spending:**- Taking this supplement every other day could make a bottle stretch to almost 90 days, making the £35 price tag more manageable over time.🤔 **Personal ObservationsThe price point is on the higher side compared to others, but the benefits of purity, essential nutrient content, and responsible sourcing seem to balance the scales. It's wise to weigh this option against others based on not just the cost but also the concentration and quality of omega-3s and additional vitamins.🔍🔍 Conclusion (My final thoughts)🔍For those committed to their health and looking for high-quality omega-3 and vitamin supplements, Nordic Naturals Arctic-D Cod Liver Oil could be a strong contender. While the investment is higher, the potential health benefits and peace of mind regarding its source and purity could make it worthwhile. However, it's smart to shop around, compare EPA and DHA levels with other products, and consider how this fits into your health regimen and budget.Verdict: 4⭐📊 My 'Rating Guide'⭐ Not worth the purchase⭐⭐ Average⭐⭐⭐ Worth considering but further research needed⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recommended buy⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product, better than I was expecting, highly rated.

Giving daily to my children.
🔎The Nordic Naturals, Arctic-D Cod Liver Oil, 1060mg Omega-3 from Cod Liver Oil, with EPA and DHA comes in a dark glass bottle.1 teaspoon is a daily recommended dose.🧡I use it myself every day along with my two children( I give them a reduced amount to not exceed the recommended dose for children ).I like the lemon flavor, it makes it much more enjoyable to swallow( even my boys don't argue about the taste ).Packed with very healthy Cod Liver Oil - a great supplement all year round, but especially during Winter months, when we have limited sun exposure.👎Nothing at all.💲This is a great supplement, that also tastes good. Full of beneficial ingredients. Highly recommended.

Vast improvement on what I remember Cod liver oil tasting like, very easy to take.
I am from a generation where the mere mention of Cod liver oil would send shivers down your spine. Well things have moved on this is a world away, no fishy smell, hint of lemon in the taste, it is much improved. It does still have that feel of giving an oily coating in your mouth for a while and the lemon taste lingers for a bit as well. It would be easy to avoid even these small points by popping a spoon full on cereal or in a fruit squash. There is no denying the beneficial qualities of Cod liver oil and this has added vitamin D just to boost it a bit further, it also provides vitamin A and omega 3 all good stuff. It is quite expensive with the bottle giving around 50 doses but it is a great natural boost for your body.
