It's humbling, but will make you better.
This is ridiculously hard at first. It gets better after a little. It really forces you to watch the ball all the way into the paddle. If you take your eye off for a second it's most likely a miss. This translates to the regular sized paddle really well too. I fool like my accuracy is a lot better for only having it for a short time. Also, side note, I know a few reviews say it is too long. I have measured it against a few paddles at my club. It is right were the sweetsppt is on all the paddles I referenced it too. Not saying the others are wrong just that the one I got is perfect size.

Works well
It works well to hone in your focus on the sweet spot - i do like practicing with it. It does take a while to get used to. I had to give it a 4 star because it looks like it couldnt have cost more than $2-$3 to manufacture at mass and $20 is about $10 too expensive.

It’s hard to use
It could be me, but I did not find this useful at all. It just made me laugh, because I kept missing the ball. When the ball does hit it, it doesn’t go very far. And the handle is too long to mimic a regular pickleball paddle.

Fun to use
It's fun to use as a handicap when playing against friends. Not really much else to say about it other than it's a $20 plank of wood. You could glue some plywood to a dowel rod and get pretty much the same experience.

Dead spot on a stick
Added weight. No help. Ball thuds to a stop on most hits. Nearly useless.
