It's very sturdy and alot better than plastic one I used to own . It moves with ease I like it comes with a mat plus comfortable to stand on .

You can see my original green one, I'm 5'9" and 16 stone starting journey to lose 4 stone.My new twister is black and will twist holding to bar at top of doorway. It is PERFECT, nicely made, solid with steady across width support and a little mat to protect it on your floor. It was more expensive but absolutely definitely worth it, even lovely enough to be a present. So happy with this, I cannot tell you. thank you!

Made of a top and bottom layer of about 5/8 inch plywood with a ball bearing track in between. the top has a layer of that fine gravelly black non-slip stuff. It also comes with a rubber mat to place it on.The higher price is well worth it (although it has gone up in price since I bought it). It is much sturdier, heavier, bigger and has a higher weight limit than the cheap flimsy plastic ones. It appears that the ball bearings might be replaceable by undoing the screws.The only real downside is that the ball bearing track is open to the air on the sides and could easily get clogged with dust or pet hair. Mine has been on the floor for a week and I can already see cat hair on the inner layer. A large plastic shower cap type thing to put over the top and tuck underneath would be ideal or you could put it in a drawstring bag after each use.My Mom had a bright orange twister back in the 70s and the memory of that is what made me search this out. Even that was sturdier than some of the other ones on the market now!

I literally just got this in the mail, opened it, and jumped on right away. I went for about 20 minutes, which was surprisingly tiring. First of all, the package was perfect and the product was brand new out of the box. Second, mine doesn’t squeak at all and is actually incredibly quiet. Third, this thing is STURDY and I’m 220+ lbs. A lot of other companies’ products are cheap plastic and rubber, which degrade and break easily. This one is solid wood and just an overall excellent quality. When using it, I can truly feel my core and legs burning, which is a great sign that it actually works. Add some hand weights and you’ll have a pretty solid full body workout!I’m trying to drop some significant fat and increase muscle. At first, I wanted a walking pad, but decided they were too expensive and I don’t have room for one. I found this while researching inexpensive at-home workout equipment that’s compact, works, and is affordable. Best $40 I’ve ever spent. I can use this while watching a movie or tv, listening to music or a podcast. You can tailor your workouts by standing up straight (easy), squatting (more difficult), or doing something in between (moderate). Also, the size and shape makes it super easy to store and the rubber mat it comes with is just an added bonus.

Dieses Twister Board war mein zweites Board, dass ich bestellt habe. Das erste war aus Kunststoff und ein absoluter Fehlkauf. Es knirschte und „lief nicht rund“!Das zweite Board knirscht und ruckelt nicht und ist sein Geld echt wert. Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen!!!

Love this and really sturdy. Will last a lifetime

This thing is just twisty enough to be a challenge but not so unstable as to be scary. I love the thousands of ways to make exercises more interesting with this and my pilates/yoga/and therapeutic clients love to get on it and play. Very sturdy and well made and silent. Don't go plastic, get this solid wood version if you can.
