Good instructions not the best yarn
The yarn is average yarn with multiple pieces twirled unit one, but it can be difficult to work with.

Not great - get a book and your own supplies
Instructions confusing and unclear to a beginner. Yarn thin and weave is very loose, leading to incomplete stitches. Yarn was also one giant knot, impossible to untangle. I junked it and bought my own at a better quality. Hook is 2.5mm - very small for a noob. One plus is a QR to a video,but it speeds through too fast to really be helpful. Better to download a good book and buy your own supplies separately.

Cute and everything was great except the yarn. If handled to much it frays easily.

Fun for beginners
I ordered this to take on a road trip with me. I was going to be in the car for a lot of hours and sometimes you just get sick of watching movies. This little guy was fairly easy to do once I got the hang of it. The instruction booklet was written so you could understand.
