I was going to test this costume out today; I put in new batteries, turned it on to test it and the fan won’t even kick on. NOTHING. I would like a refund.

This costume was awesome but as we pay more the quality lowers. This costume was $80. My son is 10 and was the star of the show in the beginning. Little kids 2 years of age to kids his own age wanted a photo with themselves with Garfield. The issue was from the very start the zipper caused issues. My son hadn’t worn this prior to Halloween and within 2 hours the back had vertical tears nowhere near the zipper. He was broken hearted. We had to go home and put on last years Mario costume. I attempted to return but we were in a car accident making it so that I couldn’t get the costume back within the 72 hours they provided.
